The Success Ambiance

When starting from nothing, from scratch, from just a bright idea, I’ve found that there is a lot that plays a part in the triumph or failure of that initiative. It’s not just your elaborate idea, your brilliant strategy, or your infinite resources that will determine the outcome. Although these things are just as essential, it’s the environment in which these things are cultivated and maintained that holds together the ship when the tidal waves come rushing in!

Let me elaborate more -- you see, the “ambiance” by definition is the mood, character, quality, tone, and the atmosphere that surrounds, encompasses or fills a place. Therefore, in order to maintain what you have started and to ensure that you have what you need to stand against the doubt, the obstacles, let-downs and disappointments that may occur in route to your goal, you must create and dwell in a positive and encouraging environment.

This is essential because, without a doubt, you well meet these things in route to achieving excellence. The mere words of encouragement from friends, or the verbal testimony from your favorite business person can be renewed energy that takes you from your emotional slump into another burst of enthusiasm.

You want to surround yourself with portraits, books, music, or anything that you have drawn inspiration from at any point in your life. These things (and people) create the success ambiance that you will find yourself STUCK IN, even when you want to give up! When you want to throw in the towel, you can’t because even the towel reads “This too shall pass”. You create this atmosphere to dwell in and for others to dwell in as well when they need inspiration.

We all get weary at times but, during those times, let not negativity or doubt fill the air. Always speak and breathe life into your endeavors. Surround yourself with visionaries and success-minded people. Tap into their energy source and share yours – your success ambiance.
